A Safe Place to Grow

The Sphinx symbolises protection, wisdom, and strength.
At Sphinx Psychology, we provide a safe space where steady growth becomes lasting change.

James is a registered psychologist supporting children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional dysregulation, and neurodevelopmental differences.

He is passionate about helping clients better understand how their minds work and how to work with their strengths rather than against them.

His clinical philosophy is grounded in creating a calm, steady, and psychologically safe space where clients feel genuinely understood. From that foundation, he integrates evidence-based therapies with a relational and strengths-focused approach to foster insight, resilience, and sustainable growth.
